Difficulties and Challenges in the Recruitment Process.

Recruitment is the very first step in hiring a candidate. There are many factors influencing the recruitment process and the organizations face lot of difficulties in the process of recruitment. These difficulties are given below:

Talent Acquisition:
Acquisition of the talent is the main difficulty faced by the organizations because some times they can't find the talented candidates needed for filling the positions in the organization whether it may be external or internal talent.

Expensive:
Generally recruitment process involves lot of costs for advertising the vacancies and it is difficult for the small businesses to bare such costs. One method to decrease these costs is to recruit the candidates through the internet.

Retention of employees:
Generally a vacancy is formed in the organization as a result of existing employee leaving the organization. So it is important for every organization to retain employee as the costs of retaining employee are less than recruiting a new employee.

Time Constraint:
Time constraint is also a major problem for the organization in the process of recruitment as the vacancies should be filled with in certain period of time, otherwise the company looses the working hours.

Attrition Rate:
The attrition rate has always been a sensitive issue for all organizations and a high employee turn over is not good for the organization. Attrition rates can often tell company executives just how much money is being spent in the recruitment process.

Budget:
Budget is also very important for planning recruitment process for a company as this process needs considerable amount of money.

The above are the challenges and difficulties faced by every organization in the process of recruitment, hence these should be dealt with great skill.
