What are the Different Types of Skin Care Oils in Aromatherapy

Skin is a living, dying and regenerating organ and an important part of the body as it gives protection towards outside dangers. Therefore or skin should be treated with proper care and aromatherapy is one of the best way. Using aromatherapy skincare products and oils our skin can be protected and enables to maintain proper health of the skin. Our skin is often prone to few attacks such as bacteria, viruses, humidity and air pollution. Carrier oils are vegetable oils generally used for massage and skin care.

Eventhough essential oils can be used by anyone there are some precautions to be taken before making a blend. It is better to consult a qualified aromatherapist for suggestions. One thing to be kept in mind is dilute essential oils with base oils before applying on the skin.
